As a 20+ year creative agency veteran it’s been rewarding to contribute to the incredible growth and transformation of some unique and standout agencies.
I’ve worked with Global clients such as Amazon, Disney, Facebook, Google, Kraft, Mattel, Microsoft, and Xbox. Delivered countless campaigns. Built a production department from the ground up. Reimagined the organizational structure of a 250+ team. Lead resourcing for a multicultural agency where minorities were the majority. Navigated my team through a merger with a Global holding company.
My aim is always to create the space for great work to happen through a variety of means -- implementing an improved workflow process, assembling the right humans for the job, negotiating the best rate, developing teams’ skills and doing everything possible to transform obstacles into solutions. All the while being informed by strong data and insights. If I’m doing it right all of that is almost invisible, and it’s the content and talent that shine.
I attended Boston University where I received a B.S. in Communication with a concentration in Advertising. I now live in the hills of Eagle Rock, CA with my chaotically creative husband and two kids where I enjoy the elegant simplicity of a good meal or a nice walk.
