CREATIVE OPERATIONS

My approach is always to meet teams where they are. Spend time listening, observing, gathering feedback, and as much data as I can get my hands on. We won’t break what doesn’t need fixing. And we’ll focus on developing a test and learn feedback loop that empowers teams with the skills and tools needed to continue to optimize long after I’m gone.

  • Organizational Strategy & Design

Is your team designed for tomorrow, today, or yesterday? What roles do you prioritize when the vision doesn’t match the budget? How can you strike a balance between staff and freelance? How does organizational structure impact the workflow?

  • WORKFLOW OPTIMIZATION

Do projects run smoothly from start to finish? Are they consistently getting caught up in the same traps? Is there a clear process, R&Rs, and escalations when it does? Is staff getting burnt out voicing the same themes repeatedly? Is client feedback positive? Does the system allow for continuous improvement?

  • PROFIT ANALYSIS

Do you have a firm grasp on the best and worst performing projects, teams, accounts, or departments? Do you have repeatable processes in place to be able to monitor margin consistently? How do you move from reviewing data to actionable solutions? Are team members empowered with the tools to take an active role in improving margins?

  • SYSTEMS & TOOLS

Every week there is a new tool out there, many with AI automation features. Are your tools the best fit for your business? Are they being fully utilized? Are they making work easier for staff? Are they giving you the data you need?

  • Resource Management

Are you maximizing the full capabilities of your team? Are there skills gaps? Is staff feeling burnt out or bored? Are you able to react quickly to changing project needs? Are you able to predict capacity for the coming week, month, and quarter? Is data informing staffing recommendations?

  • TEAM EMBED

Sometimes the best way to observe is by doing. Bring me on in any open PM/RM/Ops headcount and let me use the hands on experience to make actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
